A Message from our Commander
First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to visiting the website for the Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Sigma Nu. As the new Commander of the Epsilon Zeta Chapter, I have been enthralled and ecstatic to be given the opportunity to take over the reigns to such a thriving 113-man chapter this past fall semester.
As we all know, Sigma Nu’s founding principles are Love, Honor, and Truth. I’m very pleased to tell you all about how the brothers of the Epsilon Zeta chapter have exemplified these principles within this past year. Since the start of this past Fall, the brothers of the Epsilon Zeta chapter have had a fantastic Homecoming with the ladies of Phi Mu, gained two Student Government Senate seats, had two members tapped into Florida Blue Key, and maintained our growing chapter. We take pride in the fact that we are more than just a social organization; we are a tight knit brotherhood with campus involvement that is far reaching in over 41 different clubs and organizations.
From our first day on campus to present day, our brotherhood has left an everlasting mark on the University of Florida, and we have added fervently to that in the past academic year. From our thriving social calendar to our ever-increasing campus involvement; we are always striving for greatness and living up to the legacies that were left before us. Such great legacies as Ben Hill Griffin, Alfred McKethan, Marshall Criser, and Bob Graham; the Epsilon Zeta legacy is not something that goes unseen on the University of Florida Campus.
We strive to promote our valued close-knit brotherhood while continuing to build and develop men into becoming the leaders of tomorrow. It is our mission that by the time each member graduates, they will be prepared to make a mark on society like so many Epsilon Zetas before them.
Brothers, I urge you to read on as we continue to dive deeper into the Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Sigma Nu.
Commander, Sigma Nu Fraternity
